A new study by the CFT of Community College part-time faculty salaries shows that at AHC we have made significant gains over the past ten years. Whereas we were always ranked near the bottom (usually around 62^nd of 72) we are now ranked 50^th overall if you have an MA at Column 1, Step 1, and 50^th at your 5^th year with an MA. We are now 37^th if you are at your highest step without a PhD, and 33^rd with a PhD. While we still have a long ways to go, we can be very happy with how far we have come. This is due in no small part to the tireless efforts of the Part-Time Faculty Association of Allan Hancock College, working on your behalf!
