o   EOC Campus wide training event for Staff, went well. Was broken up into 2 parts, where the first half of the day group was given a problem that develops and they set up a Plan of Action. The second group came after lunch and was given the problem and Plan of Action, and then had to make it work. It was a full day of trying to solve real world problems that could affect AHC and everyone on campus. EOC Scenario plan is attached.

o   Need Parking Permits – that way we know who is on campus

o   CLERY stats are posted for 2025. Letter to campus is attached.

o   The Before/After Action findings from the AHC School wide Bomb Threat was posted by Mr. Yundt. LVC was also affected and it was determined they should not have been evacuated and sent home.

o   EMS Department is now a part of BullDog Bound, to bring AHC life to the pre-High School environment/students. Students were taught hands-only CPR skills.

o   EMT Dept. will schedule Narcan training for AHC staff TBD

o   EMT Dept. will schedule CPR training for AHC staff TBD

o   Bomb scare After-Action Report (AAR) is attached.
