• Discussion of using Canvas to manage student learning outcomes data. You can link outcomes to assignments or assessments. Data could be imported (?) from canvas to SPOL. There would still be an option to enter data into SPOL manually for teachers not using Canvas, or not linking Canvas outcomes.
• Need to properly map learning outcomes to courses, whether assessing manually or using Canvas.
• How to handle multiple PLO’s?
• A pilot program will test the Canvas integration and gather feedback before making recommendations to Senate.

Need to:

• New/changed programs that have gone through AP&P – this doesn’t automatically feed into SPOL. Notify Eric Arevalo of changs so he can make sure SPOL is up-to-date.
