This is the second to last meeting of the year.

• Focus was on reviewing progress and accomplishments for the year.
• Membership of the Catalog Committee and the Outreach committees were reviewed.
• We reviewed the accomplishments for the year.
• Items that I think would be of particular interest to faculty:
  • Check out the dashboards under Institutional Effectiveness. Lots of interesting data there. Try the grade distribution.
  • The catalog production timeline has a goal of publishing March 1, 2027. This enables information to be available in time for registration activities.
    • Next year, late curriculum changes won’t go into a catalog addendum. Only things going into an addendum would be due to legal requirements, not miscellaneous curriculum updates.
    • This is earlier than in years past. This means that curriculum changes for the next year’s catalog need to be to AP&P for the fall approval batch. The spring batch would go into the next catalog year. (I don’t have the actual AP&P cutoff deadlines.)
