Health fee will be going up.

• Noncredit students don’t currently participate. If they participated how would that impact NC enrollment? The nurse is happy to discuss if people are interested. What impact would it be to accident insurance?
• Mental health is available to NC students, also what is online, and Wellness Wednesday (they aren’t carded). First aid is never refused.

Grade change submission timeline.

• We are in bottom 15% of colleges as far as length of time available. This change would make us in ballpark with majority of colleges. No impact to BP, only to AP. See revisions.

BP/AP updates under review:

• BP/AP 5530 Student rights and grievances
• BP 6911 Student housing.
• BP/AP 5012 International Students
• BP/AP 4231 Grade Changes
• BP 4250 – the Student Learning Council has been sent to Senate by for next meeting. Changing “academic probation” to “academic notice”.  “Academic dismissal” will be changed to “academic pause”.

I will be sending these out to PT faculty for their awareness/input, per Genevieve’s request.

Student Services Program Review Update Proposal (GS). This was discussed. What is the flow? Pertinent questions? Are we closing the loop and visiting the progress made from previous year’s analysis?
