CCAP meeting

Went through the syllabus requirements in detail. Document ready to present to Senate (informational only)

It was reiterated that part timers are able to assist Erin in evaluations. She is a special case of being the one person in the largest CCAP area. No one felt the need to codify it. 

Next week group will discuss the contract meeting next week. Expectations are that this is only agenda item. 

Assignment to group: Please read the contract.  Can be found in red colored folder called CCAP agreement Template. Look at the Main Agreement.

It is hoped that it will be the final meeting of the semester, so they are ready for fall.
